Your new crystal will take on average, between 3-5 working days to arrive.

Currently, we only post domestically within the UK. All postage is done with the Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Orders above £50 will receive FREE DELIVERY, and anything below this value will be charged a £5 delivery fee at checkout.

Our crystals are all individually picked by myself from our few trusted suppliers.

Due to unethical mining conditions of some crystals, I won’t stock crystals such as Lapis Lazuli or Jade.

Restocking is done only on demand and availability.

Most of the items sold on our website are unique items that cannot be replicated due to the natural formation of the crystals - so if you see something you like, get it! It’s one of a kind!

Our suppliers are based all around the world - in Asia, Brazil and Peru! So restocking can take a few weeks, or sometimes even months.

At the moment, Soleil Crystals is a small one woman band! So I do not currently have the infrastructure for a shop.

You can however, find me and my Crystals at local Spiritual events and Markets around West Sussex where I’ll be showcasing all my gorgeous stock.

Our suppliers send our stock to us in recycled packaging, we then package all our stock in the same supplies, so when you receive your item by post, you know the protective packaging has all been recycled and reused a couple of times by myself and from our suppliers.

The paper envelopes that we use are recyclable and we encourage you to also recycle or reuse any packaging that we send to you!
